rbmarketing ("we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship operated by Riley Barrette in Ontario, Canada. We provide Meta advertising management services for trades and outdoor contractors. This policy applies to personal information collected through this website, rbmarketing.ca.

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our contact form:

  • your name;
  • your trade or business type;
  • a contact detail you provide (an email address or phone number).

When our system processes a form submission, it also receives basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you came from. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels on this website.

3. How we use it

We use your information only to:

  • respond to your inquiry and arrange a discovery call;
  • send you a one-time confirmation email acknowledging your request.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. How it is handled and stored

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider and stored in our business inbox. We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, after which it is deleted.

5. Service providers

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run this site and process inquiries, including our website host (Vercel) and our email provider (Resend). These providers process information on our behalf and may store data on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. By submitting the form, you consent to your information being processed in this way.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email info@rbmarketing.ca.
